1. Information we process
When you purchase a digital product, we may process your name, email address, order identifier, product purchased, payment status, amount, currency, and fulfilment status. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by DiveVerge Studio.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
2. Smart LUT Analyser
The Smart LUT Analyser runs in your browser. The selected image is analysed locally for basic colour and luminance characteristics and is not intentionally uploaded to DiveVerge servers. Avoid using sensitive or confidential images on shared devices.
3. How we use information
- Process, verify, and fulfil purchases.
- Deliver secure product-download links and transactional messages.
- Provide customer support and resolve payment or access issues.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised downloads, and security incidents.
- Maintain accounting, compliance, and operational records.
- Improve site reliability and product experience using aggregated or diagnostic information.
4. Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and server functions, Google/Firebase for order records, Resend for transactional email, and cloud file-hosting services for product delivery. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Some pages may contain clearly identified affiliate links. A purchase through such a link may generate a commission for DiveVerge Studio without increasing your price.
5. Legal basis and retention
We process purchase information to perform the sales contract, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, customer support, and system security. Order and accounting records are retained only as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, dispute handling, tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
6. Cookies and local storage
The public storefront does not require an advertising cookie to operate. A secure, HTTP-only session cookie is used for authorised administrative access. Browser local storage may be used for limited interface state, but it is not a substitute for server-side security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
8. International processing and security
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
